Return & Refund Policy

At Tariq Brothers Optics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you face any issue with your product, please review the policy below.

1. Frames & Sunglasses

  • Can be exchanged within 2 days of purchase.
  • Must be unused, in original condition, with box and tags.
  • No cash refunds — exchange or store credit only.

2. Prescription Glasses (Lenses)

  • Custom lenses are non‑refundable because they are made specifically for your eyesight.
  • If there is an error in the prescription or fitting, we will fix or replace them free of charge within 7 days.

3. Manufacturing Defects

  • Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced under warranty, if applicable.
  • Physical damage due to misuse is not covered.

4. Online Orders

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product if something is wrong.
  • Customers must return items in original packaging.

We reserve the right to decline a return if the product is not in acceptable condition.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
